Simmons Synthetics
Gear Oils

gearoil.jpgSimmons Synthetics gear oils are formulated with synthetic base stocks and fortified with select additive systems to enhance their exceptional performance. The base fluid used has outstanding oxidation and thermal stability, naturally high viscosity index and excellent low temperature pumpability and fluidity.  The unigue additive system used provides increased oxidation stability, extreme pressure properties, and maximum protection against wear, rust, corrosion and foaming. Our synthetic gear oils are recommended for use in on-road and off-road equipment, high and low temperature conditions in enclosed gears, bearings, compressors, rolling element bearings. Our synthetic gear oils are rated for about 8,000 hours. The base stocks of our synthetic gear oils include Synthesized hydrocarbon, polyglycol, PAO.

Products

ALS-6000 Series

ALS 6000 Series synthetic gear oils are recommended for use under severe high or low temperature conditions when lubricating industrial enclosed gears and heavily loaded plain or rolling element bearings.

ALPG Series

ALPG Series synthetic gear oils are polyglycol-based products for use in enclosed gear, bearings, and compressors where conditions demand the unique properties of these fluids.

AL-Gear 75W-90 & 80W-140

AL Gear Heavy Duty Series meet the requirements of the API designation GL-5, the MIL-L- 2105E specification, SAE J2360 and the Mack GO-G specification. AL Gear 75W-90 and 80W-40 are designed to meet the requirements of Eaton and Rockwell differentials.

AL-50EQ

Simmons Synthetics AL-50 EQ is a fully synthetic manual transmission oil for year-round use in off-and-on highway equipment.

ALEP-1000 Series

ALEP-1000 Series gear oils are formulated with synthetic base stocks and fortified with select additive systems to enhance their exceptional performance. The PAO base gear oil used has outstanding oxidation and thermal stability, naturally high viscosity index and excellent low temperature pumpability and fluidity.
