ALPG-120 Synthetic Lithium Grease

ALPG-120 is a lithium thickened polyglycol semi-fluid gear grease for use in gear boxes which have issues with leakage. ALPG-120 synthetic grease contains special extreme pressure and anti-wear additives specifically designed for the sliding contact of gear teeth. The use of ALPG-120 synthetic grease will significantly reduce maintenance costs associated with topping off of gearboxes which have damaged seals and or cases. The semi-fluid grease provides excellent lubrication of gear sets while greatly reducing or eliminating lubricant loss.

ALPG-120 synthetic grease is a perfect solution to the mining and off road industry where debris has damaged gear box seals and seal repair is not cost effective. The reduced lubricant loss not only is cost beneficial but also environmentally responsible. For proper operation of the gear set ALPG-120 synthetic grease must be used to replace polyglycol gear lubricants or proper draining of the gearbox will be required.
